We will use your contact information only for the purpose of:

• processing and shipping your order.

• contacting you concerning the status of your order and/or issues related to your order.

• contacting you one time concerning your ordering experience on our website.

We will not:

• sell, give, or lend your contact information to anyone else.

• email you in the future because of special promotions, sales, etc.

How do I "opt-out" of any future mailings?

A:

We don't have an "opt-out" list because we don't even keep a mailing list!  After the successful completion of your order and product delivery, you will not hear from us unless you explicitly contact us.  We hate spam as much as you do!

We don't have an "opt-in" list because we will not contact you for any reason unless you explicitly contact us.  We hate spam as much as you do!

How will you use credit card information I provide?

A:

We will use your credit card information only for the purpose of:

• authorizing and charging your credit card through a secured connection to our credit card transaction processor.

We will not:

• have access to your full credit card information; our system will only let us see the last four digits of your credit card number.  We can't even see the expiration date.  This arrangement protects you and us.

• keep paper copies of orders that are faxed to us after an order has been placed.  They are shredded for your protection.

What about the privacy policy of other websites that you may link to?

A:

At this time, the only links we have are to manufacturers' websites so you can find a copy of your user manual.  We do not provide links to other vendors.  We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of other websites.  Note that we will not pass your information to the linked site; however, we cannot protect your information if you explicitly provide information to that site.
