When
will my order be shipped? |

 We
try to process and ship our orders within 48 hours. Most are
shipped within 24 hours. However, things may take up to 72 hours
during the holiday season or the summer if we are short staffed.

will I get my order? |

A: |
The
time it takes for you to receive your order is best view as the sum of
order processing time and the transit time within the delivery
system. Given that it takes 0 to 3 business days to process the
order and transit time is 2-7 business days, total delivery time
is 3 to 10 business days. Orders shipped to Canada must clear
Canadian custom and can take up to 5 business days longer. Note that business days do not include
weekend days or holidays. |

How
do you ship? |

 Most
orders are shipped through US Mail. Very small or light orders are
shipped First Class mail in padded envelopes. This ensures that
they will fit into your mailbox. Priority Mail with delivery
confirmation is used for larger or heavier packages. Delivery time
for Priority Mail is generally 2-4 business days, but the delivery
timeframe is not guaranteed. Delivery time for First Class mail is
2-7 business days. Note that these are delivery times after it has
been shipped. See above question for processing time

How
much is standard shipping and handling?

 Standard
shipping and handling is generally $3.95 for retail orders through this site.
This is a flat amount for destinations within the US (Including Alaska,
Hawaii, and Puerto Rico) and Canada regardless of the size of the order.
There are rare exceptions to this rule for really heavy packages to
Canada. In those rare cases, we'll email you an
invoice for the additional shipping amount prior to shipping the
package.

I get free shipping?

If
your order is $39 or over (U.S. currency), the shopping cart will
automatically not charge for shipping. You cannot combine new
orders with previously placed orders to reach $39.

you ship to a P.O. Box?
|

A: |
Yes,
we can ship to a P.O. Box using US Mail if it is also your credit
card's billing address. We will not ship to a P.O. Box that is not
your billing address.
